Balloons Over Basingstoke 2009
31st July - 2nd August, War Memorial Park (a short stroll from Oakley House B&B )
The event will kick off with the ever popular Night Glow on the Friday night where balloons come to life with sound and light.
The weekend will include mass balloon launches (weather permitting), arena acts and activities for the whole family.
